Covenants
There are 9 different covenants in association records covering different sections of greater Beaufort Park. Information is sketchy, incomplete, and possibly contradictory. Covenants 1-4 cover the original Beaufort Park area around Reservoir Road. Only covenants 1 and 2 identify specific lots and blocks affected.
